Being the carnivores that we are, we're always on the hunt for fresh cuts of meat to sample, so we were pleased to find that The Prime Society has decided to update their menu.

Aside from new items such as Blackmore Wagyu beer carpaccio with truffle and Jerusalen artichoke ($16), you'll also find a selection of Aussie steaks including 450-day grainfed F1 Sher Wagyu from Victoria ($46) and Tasmanian pasture-fed Cape Grim Black Angus from Tasmania (from $44). If that sounds too full-on, head down for brunch instead; steak sarnie ($28) and Wagyu corned beef ($25) await.
