Four dining establishments have just launched new menus: Kyo, Salt grill, Summer Palace and VeganBurg.

Kyo (together with consultant Kilo) is offering food like shiso chimichurri beef rolls ($32), and salmon and tuna tartare ($24). Salt grill has a new and award-winning executive chef Tom Wells, an English native who is putting out a fresh menu with items such as pan seared scallops, cauliflower and dried Serrano ham ($32).

Summer Palace has also just launched a new dim sum menu (from $6) with items like steamed lobster dumplings, beef balls in superior stock as well as glutinous rice roll with mango. And VeganBurg now has brunch offerings for Sunday (10:30am-11:30pm) like the Shroomy Dog ($5.90).
