Founded by Cesar Villalon Jr. in 1998, in Manila, the Drawing Room is a contemporary art gallery that features established and emerging artists from the Philippines, whose practices investigate the complementary relationship between their body of work, their lifestyles and society. The gallery exists as a dynamic platform for its artists, through support and presentation at international art fairs, institutions and other venues. The Drawing Room was established at Gillman Barracks in September 2012.
