Replacing Wasabi Bistro, this teppanyaki restaurant serves contemporary Japanese cuisine on counters where chefs prepare piping hot plates of meats, seafood and vegetables in front of your eyes. Dishes include Australian Wagyu beef, portobello mushrooms glazed with sweet sauce and bonito flakes and lightly-toasted pumpkin slices. They've also got a signature seared Scamorza cheese for a fusion touch.

Those who don't fancy teppanyaki can tuck into sashimi, sushi, tempuras and Japanese sweet treats. There's also a Hana Course that comes complete with Kumi's No., a combo of crab meat, avocado and white fish. This comes with a salad, sashimi, tempuras, grilled salmon, rice and miso soup.
