SINGAPORE RESTAURANT

The Muffinry

This quiet, unassuming café, courtesy of Christopher Leow and Shareen Lopez, is just what the doctor ordered to ease your sugar cravings. As the name suggests, there are muffins aplenty: spiced carrot (Leow’s personal favorite), lavender-lemon, Earl Grey and fig (our pick), peanut butter-choc chip and piña colada. But that’s not all. There are also Bourke Street Bakery-inspired tarts to be found (think ginger brûlée with pistachio and vanilla bean crème brûlée), Sydneysiders will know exactly what we’re talking about.
