Riding on the wave of its successful branch in Sembawang, this eatery has opened a second outlet in the city, serving classic Continental dishes. Set to a grey and black modern and semi-Victorian interior, the three-leveled restaurant’s signature appetizer, the blue tiger prawn flambé with mango, is a must-try, and so too the pasta served with cold-water lobster taglioline. Both dishes are so delicious they will leave you secretly wishing for a full plate of embarrassing seconds. The warm Valrhona chocolate gateau and classic coconut crème brulee are adequately sweet without being a diabetic’s nightmare. And did we mention the Canadian oyster steals? Take full advantage of its current $1 oyster special every Monday and Wednesday.
