Candice Leong makes a guest chef appearance at this modern and casual Keong Saik bistro. Themed White Trash, small plates are served on sticks with dishes like powdered white truffle bottarga with Middle Eastern spice powder; hazelnut-covered foie gras; hand-cut beef tartare with tobiko; and slow-braised veal cheek with mushroom mousse and beetroot puree, this nine-course dinner meshes French ingredients with Asian flavors.

It even includes an aperitif and half a bottle of wine.
