The Suburbia five-course degustation menu includes classic dishes like grilled ocean seabass with lemon thyme cashew crust and papaya mango salsa; cream of tomato soup; and a wagyu sirloin with twice-baked potato and salsa verde. Their spotlight, however, shines on a new range of Italian boutique wines to complement the dishes, including a 2013 Nizza Silvano Roero Arneis and a 2010 Sangiovese di Romagna Riserva.
