India recently saw the opening of its fifth Marriott hotel and this time, it’s sharing the same quarters as the country’s largest shopping mall, the Lulu Mall Campus in Kochi. They’ve also rolled out a Marriott mobile app that lets you check-in and out on your smart phone because checking-in at the front desk is so 2014.

Food options in the 274-room hotel include the bright and airy all day dining venue, Kochi Kitchen, that serves up Asian, Continental and Italian specialties. For drinks, there’s the wine and whiskey bar, 10 Degrees North. Kochi Mariott Hotel’s Quan Spa also comes with a four treatment rooms and two foot reflexology room. Treatments on offer range from Western to traditional Ayuverdic treatments, couple’s massage, foot bath and facials.

And of course, there's a special opening offer. From now till Jun 30, 2015, room prices will start from INR 6,000 ($126) a night and includes laundry services, transfers and a INR 1,000 hotel credit per night that you can use for upgrades. To make a reservation, head here.
