The famed Sushi Dai has finally set up an outpost in Singapore. This top-notch sushi bar, helmed by executive chef Fumikazu Ohnuki, features authentic Japanese furnishings, complete with warm Japanese hospitality, while produce is directly flown in from Japan's Tsukiji market. There isn't an a la carte menu, so choose from four lunch sets, or three omakase options if you manage to snare a table for dinner.
