SINGAPORE RESTAURANT

Spize

This outlet sees many revelers crashing in for a rest or bite after clubbing at Clarke Quay. Arguably one of the island's most well-known supper venues, it offers an extensive menu of Muslim favorites, zichar-style dishes and Western fare with local drinks like Milo Dinosaur. The cheese prata here is to die for.

This is the place to go for prata at 3am. You can also pick from a menu of Western, Mediterranean, Indian and Thai dishes, along with the usual local street food options, all very affordable and simply delish—we’re pleased the kitchen doesn’t compromise on quality despite catering to drunk clubbers.

Try the cheese prata. It's one of I-S Magazine's 50 things to eat in Singapore before you die (2010).
