The next time you're in the CBD and craving some carbs, keep Osvaldo Forlino's latest offering, month-old Amarone, in mind. It's close to his other eatery No Menu on Boon Tat Street, but it has quite a different vibe.

While the former's a more chic establishment than the family-style trattoria, you can still expect Italian dishes such as porcini mushroom ravioli tossed in butter, sage and parmesan ($25) and sea urchin spaghetti with zucchini ($28).
