Modern Asian restaurant KU DÉ TA Singapore has recently updated its a la carte offerings with over 20 fresh items.

Highlights from this recent addition include tempura yasai roll ($14), a crisp tempura-battered rice roll with cream cheese, beet and asparagus, and seared yellowfin tuna steak with shishito peppers and avocado sauce ($30), while carnivores will appreciate the grilled Australian lamb rack ($48) with spiced sesame and shiso sauce.

There are also new desserts to be had like pastry chef Bastien’s Krakatoa pineapple soup with coconut-infused Japanese pearls ($18).
