Michelin-starred chef Jason Atherton’s tapas bar Esquina has recently introduced a three-course set lunch for $39.

Options change weekly with two choices for each course, so expect starters like trout tartare or grilled baby gem lettuce, mains such as snapper with lemon herb couscous or confit beef rib with Spanish onion foam and desserts like Manchego, quince jam and toast or orange rosemary ice cream with burnt meringue.

Lunch sets are available Monday to Friday from noon-2:30pm.

Esquina’s not the only of Atherton’s projects to introduce new offerings. His nearby eatery Keong Saik Snacks has recently launched a Weekend Punch Brunch.
