Our favorite, however, is the Eco Jade snow skin mooncake: it's got pandan, regionally harvested Javanese chocolate, caramelized cashews and banana. This locally-inspired mooncake is a combination of all our favorite childhood desserts rolled into one. The pandan gives it an unmistakably rich, floral-piney character, while the caramelized cashews and bananas make it nice and sweet. Traditionalists should go for the double yolk white lotus seed paste variety.
