Boathouse unveils new menu

Enjoy the Boathouse’s (#03-01 The Waterboat House, 3 Fullerton Rd., 6538-9038) newly launched menu showcasing delectables such as their truffled egg bonbon with escargot stew, Angus beef tartare marinated with an egg confit and guinea fowl stuffed with truffles and foie gras. A four-course chef dinner set will set you back $65, while their lunch sets are a steal at $28 (two-course) or $38 (three-course). If you’re a late riser who loves brunch and champagne (who doesn’t really?), try their Sunday champagne brunch which starts at noon ($128).
