Even as it celebrates its 15th anniversary in 2012, there’s still no beating Brewerkz when it comes to microbreweries in Singapore. A Clarke Quay mainstay since 1997, Brewerkz is known for both quality and affordability and, like any good brewery, it isn’t afraid to push the envelope. Recent innovations include a beer brewed with red sticky rice following an ancient Chinese recipe. Beyond beer, Brewerkz’s burgers are among the best in town and their weekly trivia night is always a great way to spend an evening.
