New rock & roll inspired bar to open at Clarke Quay

By Zaki Jufri | published Jul 23, 2010

A new live music venue, Se7en1nch is set to open in Clarke Quay in early August.

Inspired by the spirit of rock n roll, Se7en1nch will feature music that spans the rock gamut, psychedelic and progressive rock, high voltage metal, indie as well as funk and soul from acts from around the world.

The bar is taking over the premises of former Caribbean-themed spot, Mama's Caribbean.

Se7en1nch is conceptualized by Keef Ong, who is also the man behind Crazy Elephant. "Se7en1nch will be a bar that plays an eclectic mix of thumping, upbeat music, with a focus on obscure bands," explains Ong.

Se7en1nch is at #01-16 Blk. 3B River Valley Rd.
