When it comes to martinis, the ones from Morton’s infamous Atrium Bar beat other hands down especially its classic and indulgent chocolate Mortinis. Come early for its complimentary steak sandwiches.

City Space
Perched high up on the 70^th floor of the Swissotel the Stamford is New Asia’s slicker sibling. The view here is just as jaw-dropping as its drinks list which includes the Vesper (the one a certain 007 ordered in Casino Royale) and the Martinez, a precursor to the martini we drink today.
