The Punter: Heineken Green Room vs. Full Frontal
Two parties go head to head. Which one should you place your bets on?

Trip the Light Fantastic with Heineken Green Room
In its corner

The Buzz: The much anticipated, much attended and much talked about party returns at another gritty location down south. The guys in Heineken Green are back after April’s successful outing at the F1 Pit Building; this time with Sinden and Act Yo Age, at an urban warehouse.
The Lineup: Things are going glitchy, tech-y and dubby at this warehouse party as Berlin’s finest Moderat—a collaboration of Apparat and Modeselektor—holds court. Its first gig in this region, the trio will present masterfully crafted electronic soundscapes while visual art collective, Pfadfinderei, provides the eye candy. Brooklyn party rocker Nick Catchdubs will be supporting the main event with his blend of hip hop, electro, dancehall, rock and more.
The Crowd: People who know their house from their techno and anyone who wants to be seen at this exclusive shindig.
The Venue: Tanjong Pagar Distripark (3/F, 37 Keppel Rd.). Whereabouts you ask? It’s right opposite Tanjong Pagar Railway Station, among the warehouses and contemporary art galleries. After the last party at the F1 Pit Building, the cool folks at Heineken decided to keep with the theme and decided to use this unique location for its latest instalment.
The Damage: It’s free! But you have to be a Green Room member to score some invites. Log on to www.heineken.com.sg/greenroom to RSVP.

Full Frontal
In its corner

The Buzz: Hot off the heels of last year’s wet and wild pool party with Chicane, the Chivas Live crew teams up with the purveyors of all things smooth and sweet, The Butter Factory, to present Full Frontal, a monthly signature clubbing experience that is guaranteed to send punters into a state of electronic aural bliss.
The Lineup: Butter Factory’s resident pop-tart weelikeme and one of our finest hip hop DJs Andrew T will helm the new theme night. The dynamic duo promises to dish out genre-bending beats and bleeps that is sure to make you go into frenzied abandon and seriously sweaty dancing, so grab some cool Chivas Regal on the rocks for a start.
The Crowd: Hip boys and girly girls who want to get buttered left, right and centre.
The Venue: The only place where you can get a full frontal—Fash at The Butter Factory (#02-02/03/04 One Fullerton, 1 Fullerton Rd., 63338243).
The Damage: $21 (women); $26 (men) includes two drinks.

The odds: Even
A dram of whisky or a pint of beer? Can we take both?
