Day 1

Day 2

Dâm-Funk

Who: Pronounced “Dame Funk,” this future funk producer will get you moving with his synth-ful, 80s-influenced set.
Why: Heavily-influenced by Prince, Damon G. Riddick is an American funk singer who also plays keyboards and now produces. Having released his first LP Toeachizown on Stones Throw Records, Dam-Funk has gone on to collaborate and remix with Animal Collective, Trus’me and Nite Jewel.
Listen out for… James Brown-type funk breaks with instrumental elements both in 4:4 and 2:2 rhythm, Prince-inspired boogies and drum machines.

Hong

Who: The Zouk DJ has amassed a loyal following over the past five years in residence. His solo themed night, Code, has consistently seen the floor filled with hipsters, fashionistas, designers and media personalities.
Why: His rocking selections of tech, electro and indie disco tunes from the likes of The XX, Deadmau5, Format B and Crookers have created many memorable dance floor moments.
Look out for… The Hong special—a banging mash of current anthems and floor to ceiling mayhem.

Ikonika

Who: The rising flame of edgy leftfield and dub comes in the form of Ikonika, born Sara Abdel-Hamid, an up-and-coming UK producer.
Why: She mixes funk, garage and dub with dirty bass.
Look out for… Ikonika’s self-produced singles “Psoriasis” and “Dckhdbtch” and her brand of genre-bending tunes.

Jazztronik

Who: The moniker used by Japanese DJ and producer Ryota Nozaki needs no introduction. What started as a little project soon became something phenomenal.
Why: Those who are into the Rat Pack scene; substitute your dress shoes for some dance ready ones. Serious sole burning awaits.
Listen out for… “Samurai,” a staple floor-filler in dance clubs all around the world.

Lefto

Who: This Belgium likes waking up early in the morning and thus was nicked “lève tôt” (which literally means "get up early" in French) by his friends. His music is as refreshing as his moniker.
Why: With 10 years of experience under his belt, Lefto delves into the iconic structures of jazz; swirls within the street-sensibilities of hip hop; and delivers in the rhythmic tempo of samba.
Listen out for… Lefto remixes from the vault of the legendary Blue Note Records.

Syndicate

Who: Singapore’s electronic collective is made of the iconic Kiat, technical wizard Rafi Dean, the dub-driven Darren Dubwise and other experienced local jocks. They’ve been boiling up the scene with their concoction of off-kilter, dubstep and leftfield choons.
Why: The collective has a total of 50 years of experience between them and have amassed a following with their visual and musical compositions.
Listen out for… Frame-rattling d'n'b and euphoric dubstep.
