The Observatory's experimental music fest takes place across two days. On Jan 28, experimental quartet Far East Network play improvisational music set to short films by local artist Charles Lim. Then, on Jan 30, renowned Japanese composer Otomo Yoshihide will play with The Playfreely Ensemble, a massive collective of local and international musicians.
