The Media Development Authority (MDA) may have banned Tan Pin Pin's new documentary, To Singapore with Love, but all is not lost.
The Freedom Film Festival in Malaysia will be showing Tan’s film, along with 37 other inspiring local and international films and documentaries. All screenings will focus on the theme of “freedom” and the festival will be held in conjunction with Malaysian Independence Day.
While most films are being screened Sep 6-14, To Singapore with Love is scheduled for Sep 19, giving you plenty of time to book your ticket to Johor Bahru. Find more information here.
