[SPONSORED] Instagram and YouTube users have got behind the latest community project in Singapore, designed to raise awareness of the skin condition psoriasis. Photos have popped up on the Internet of people all over the city holding up signs that read “#P”. By placing their #P in front of signs with “S” words around the city, people make light of psoriasis and its strange spelling, increasing awareness and spreading the love.

We've compiled the coolest photos and videos with the #PSingapore hashtag. There are three Instagram pics from Gushcloud Influencers Naomi Neo, Janice Chiang and Audrey Faith, as well as two videos from the popular YouTube channel Dr Jiajia & BigBro’s Show and “The Psoriasis Man” Ray Chua.

We like blogger Naomi Neo's use of the omnipresent Starbucks sign in her Instagram image (and we love her outfit too).

Singapore YouTuber Janice Chiang makes use of a popular corner in Orchard for her #PSingapore campaign shot.

We laughed out loud at writer and stylist Audrey Faith's photo at the hip downtown school.

These cute (and hilarious) Singaporean brothers remind us how important it is to be inclusive.

The #PSingapore message resonates in a powerful way with the affecting Psoriasis Man song by psoriasis patient Ray Chua.

Psoriasis is a common skin disease, it's not contagious and is totally treatable, yet many people in the community still suffer discrimination because of their condition. Get creative—you can spread the word and help end the stigma by uploading your own #PSingapore photo to social media.
